As Dr. Glass mentioned in his article, Finding Savings through SoC,  Standard of Care (SoC) or routine care/conventional care should be covered by third-party payers in the United States represents a valuable way to manage clinical grant costs in all therapeutic areas. One of the main concerns for companies is wondering if by applying SoC it would delay their site start-up time. Studies from both TTC, llc. and actual experience from pharmaceutical companies have shown that SoC does not have any negative impact on site start-up. What are some questions or concerns that you may have when applying your investigator grants with SoC?
